Terms and Conditions:

1. Payment / Price. A deposit of £297 is required upon signing the contract. You then have nothing to pay until the fourth month where you will be charged a set fee of £99 per month for the remaining nine months. If after the 12 months minimum period you wish to continue with our service you just carry on paying the £99 per month on a month to month basis.

2. Cancellation / Refunds.

After signing the contract and paying the £297 deposit you will be provided with a 7 day cooling off period where you have the right to terminate the contract and request a full refund. After the 7 day cooling off period has passed you cannot cancel your contract and you are legally obliged to continue paying for the service for a total period of 12 months.

3. Copyright.

Video - KSM Global Ltd retains the copyright and files for your video for the 12 month period. After the 12 month contract has expired then all copyright to the video will be passed onto the client and the source files will be provided in the following formats, in AVI, WMV, SWF and on DVD. If the client wishes that the copyright and source files are provided anytime during the 12 months minimum period then a charge of £150 will be required.

Images / Content.

If the client provides KSM Global Ltd with any images or content to use within either their website or their video they are confirming that they acknowledge that they are the copyright holder. KSM Global Ltd cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright to any material that has been provided by the client.
